About Mike Proulx

I have a strong automotive background, I received my automotive mechanics license when I was 22 years old and moved on to several years of working in the Manufacturing sector. Eventually I started running the Auto body shop and my automotive skills kicked into play again. I had 5 men working in the shop, a detailer and 1 in the office and we were very busy. When I took over the shop there was 1 guy in the shop and the shop was not profitable and then with the people I had we were not only profitable, but growing each year. When I started the shop we did 90% insurance and customer work, and 10% restoration work and then we were doing about 50 - 50 with a goal of doing much more restoration and limiting the insurance work that we do. In early 2014 we started building a 7200 sqft building and moved into it in Sept, 2014. I then decided to start my own business and opened an Automotive/Body shop. I plan to put all my past experience to work to build my business. We are currently in a sqft building in Westlock, with my wife, my son and Daughter as well as my son-in-law and 3 more technicians all working together. We have a paint booth, A/C recharge machine, and a Wheel Alignment machine set up so we can do all your Automotive needs.
