About Mike Ray

For the first 17 years of my career in the mortgage industry, I served my community as a mortgage professional, crafting financial solutions that put my customers in the best position possible to achieve their dreams of home ownership. I recruited, developed, and led teams of loan originators providing those same solutions for thousands of families. I've lived the life of a loan officer, and understand the challenges faced to be successful in this industry. I now lead a talented team of Mortgage Account Executives that deliver tailored mortgage solutions to financial institutions. The nCino POS is a system I used as a LO and one that I found alleviated many of the pitfalls faced in a challenging mortgage environment. Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong foundation of industry knowledge that I use to not only drive business growth but also ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. I’m passionate about mentoring my team and leveraging my extensive experience to help them navigate complex challenges and achieve success. By fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment, we consistently exceed expectations and provide innovative solutions that help our clients meet their goals. I take pride in my ability to stay ahead of industry trends, adapt to evolving market conditions, and ensure our strategies align with both client needs and broader business objectives. My goal is always to create win-win outcomes for both our team and our clients, while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. However, what brings me even more pride is my wife and our 10-year-old daughter. You’ll typically find us at the horse barn – this has become my daughter’s favorite hobby – or outside playing in the yard with our two doodles. When I get some spare time, I’m either tinkering on an old Porsche, fly fishing, or yelling at the Cowboys through the TV on Sunday afternoons. I enjoy meeting others in my industry and community.
