As Corporate Partnerships Manager, I work closely with companies to create purpose-driven partnerships that align with their CSR and ESG goals. My role involves developing strategic collaborations that drive meaningful impact for both businesses and the approximately two million older people in poverty that Independent Age supports. Through tailored initiatives such as purpose-driven marketing campaigns, employee engagement activities, and sponsorship opportunities, I help organisations create lasting social value. Additionally, I support companies in strengthening their vulnerable customer strategies by delivering employee training and facilitating customer referrals. These efforts ensure businesses can provide enhanced support to older customers facing financial hardship, while also meeting their regulatory and ethical commitments. About Independent Age: Independent Age is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of older people experiencing financial hardship. Through expert advice, advocacy, and grants to local organisations, we help older people access the income, housing, and support they need. Our mission is to ensure that no one faces financial hardship in later life, advocating for systemic change and providing practical support to create a more secure and dignified future for older people
