I have enjoyed over twenty five years in the RV industry. Sixteen of which in sales, finance, and operations management. I've been extremely fortunate to work along the side of the nation's most successful men and women whom had a part in taking this industry to what it has become today. I have spent the majority of my career in Southern California but I currently reside in Maryland as a general manager at Chesaco RV's flagship location in Joppa. I have a lot of passion for this industry and its opportunity to advance the RV business to the next level. The four pillars is the foundation to my leadership style which is culture, process, people, and strategy.
