About Mike Rigato

Since I began in the financial services industry in 1985, I have seen first-hand how our industry has evolved over time. Market trends,regulation and compliance and advisor needs look drastically different than they have in the past. I believe in order to be competitive in the marketplace an organization needs to be relevant to advisors in a myriad of ways to earn their business. Of equal importance, companies need to earn advisors trust by being disciplined, which will ensure long-term success, stability and continual growth while delivering on the promises advisors make to their clients. As Vice-President, Advanced Advisor Practices at Canada Life, I’m able to regularly engage with highly respected, accomplished and productive advisors. Through this affinity with advisors, I’m able to appreciate what is both important and relevant to advisors when making decisions and providing direction. I believe this collaborative approach is imperative to our success, and an integral component of meeting the needs of advisors and clients as our organization continues to evolve.
