I’ve had the incredible opportunity to build a career in the aviation industry, gaining invaluable experience in both military and civilian aviation. This dual exposure has given me a unique edge—allowing me to navigate complex challenges, drive innovation, and develop expertise across multiple disciplines.My journey began in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician, where I mastered the intricacies of military aviation, from aircraft maintenance to advanced structural design. Over the years, my skill set has expanded into cutting-edge areas, including low observable technology, composites, materials, and high-level leadership. I thrive in management roles, leveraging collaboration to bring out the best in teams and help others achieve success.To complement my hands-on experience, I earned a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics with a double minor in Airport Management and Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This education has kept me at the forefront of aviation advancements, reinforcing my technical expertise and strategic vision.I’ve worked with some of the most advanced aircraft in the world, including the F-15, F-16, F-22, and F-35 A, B, and C. I played a pivotal role in the Joint Strike Fighter program, contributing to flight testing, development, and mission-critical upgrades. One of my proudest achievements was leading the implementation of the Supportable Low Observable program at the unit level, a cornerstone of the F-35’s stealth capabilities. Additionally, I was honored to help establish the first operational F-35 squadrons at Eglin Air Force Base and NAS Lemoore—an accomplishment that continues to shape the future of air combat.With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, I’m always looking ahead—ready to tackle new challenges, lead high-performing teams, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in aviation.
