IT Infrastructure & Cloud Professional specializing in Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Microsoft 365 keeping enterprise systems secure, reliable, and built for growth. I’ve always been drawn to solving problems and making technology work better for people. That drive started during my service in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned discipline, accountability, and the importance of being prepared for anything. Those values shaped the way I approach IT today focused, reliable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on. Over the past several years, I’ve built a career in enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and systems administration. My work supported 1,800+ users and 37 global sites, and I take pride in making sure the backbone of the business, its servers, networks, and cloud platforms, runs smoothly and securely. Along the way, I’ve- Led large-scale projects like a 700+ system Windows 10 upgrade that avoided significant licensing costs- Designed and implemented multi-region disaster recovery strategies with Azure and Veeam, ensuring business continuity- Helped steer the company through a large scale cyber attack, working as part of the recovery team to rebuild and restore systems across all locations with limited data loss- Migrated legacy phone systems to the cloud, saving costs while improving scalability. I enjoy being hands-on configuring systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and making sure technology quietly does its job in the background. What motivates me most is knowing that my work directly impacts people’s ability to be productive and that the business can rely on IT no matter what challenges come its way. I’m always looking for new opportunities to apply my expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Microsoft 365 to environments where reliability, scalability, and security are mission critical.
