I work with our customers to make sure that our PM's and repairs are scheduled around their activities and also activities in their other data centers. I also write and approve all the MOP's, CR's, SOP's, and EOP's. I work with vendors to complete PM's and repairs on time and within our PM windows. I work closely with the construction teams to approve the CR's to make sure that their work does not impact our customers and uptime. I work with our security team to make sure that our cameras and doors are all working correctly.
