For over 11 years, I have been a Project Manager for Remodels and New Store Openings at Wawa, Inc, a leading convenience store chain in the US. I am currently working on my bachelor's degree in Business Leadership and have strong skills in communication, people management, and team building. My mission is to lead the company's growth within new markets and submarkets in Florida, where I plan, direct, and execute project management standards for over 20 new stores and remodels per year. I also manage supply chain communications, implement marketing initiatives, and conduct sales floor resets to ensure timely deliveries, high-level fulfillment, and positive consumer experience. Through my purchasing and project management experience, I have built an expansive network of both internal and external vendor partners and handled a budget of over 4 million dollars. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within my team and across the organization.
