About Mike Ryder

I'm an artist, a hard worker, and a fast learner with an attention to detail. But most of all, I'm interested in a career, not a "job". Basically, I am an artist with a thirst for knowledge. It is my goal to learn something new everyday because knowledge is power, and those with more can accomplish greater feats. Learning new things helps me develop ways to work smarter and not harder. However when hard work is needed, I get it done. When there's a need for something, I learn and execute- One job needed a job organization solution, so I learned Excel and built a multi-layer database - When I was asked to run a vehicle graphics company, I learned to install car wraps - My design/IT background has helped me to learn and master the Adobe Design programs and Microsoft Office programs - I can build, paint, sculpt, draw, sew, design, construct, wire, program, and the list keeps growing. Over the years my skills have grown and improved greatly. I have multiple years of marketing experience for large companies like Motorola and Honeywell with strict brand guidelines. My marketing experience includes- Web Design - Print Design - Animation - Video Production - Interactive Digital Signage - Trade Show Planning & Execution - Global Marketing Coordination My dream is for a career, not a "job". I take pride in my work and believe that pride in ones workplace helps make it seem less like work and more like an extended family where everyone is interested in the same goal; growing business.
