I have access to down payment assistance programs that help first time home-buyers achieve their dream of owning a home, I help veterans obtain loans with zero down payment, I advise clients on rural housing (USDA loans) that qualify for zero down payment and, of course, I offer a whole array of other services, such as investment loans, conventional loans, FHA regular and traditional loans as well as help with credit assessment and repair.
