I have been an employee of SunGard now FIS in Birmingham, Alabama, for over 20 years. I'm honored to have been promoted several times in my career with SunGard from Technical Project Manager, Manager of Professional Services/Technical Support, Workflow Solution Sales, Benefits Administration Sales/Account Manager, Relationship Manager to my current position as Senior Sales Executive. Within these positions, I've gained extensive experience in the solution and consultative selling methodologies and delivery of solutions and services to Wealth & Retirement clients. I get to utilize my knowledge of learning to understand clients, their needs, challenges and then working to fit a solution to help fit those needs. I am passionate about using my technical education and background to understand and communicate our client's needs, solve their issues, reduce costs and streamline their businesses. All the while, keeping my "eye on the ball" of FIS's overall sales philosophy. My ability to analyze complex business and technology issues, while mapping a prospective client's solution requirements, has served me well in my career. I have a proven track record of top sales achievements and consistently exceeding quotas 15 of the past 17 years selling licenses, professional services, SAAS, BPAAS, Hosting, and consulting services while working to ensure we retain the existing book of business. I could not have excelled as I have without the help of my team. I am a true believer in Team Work within a company. It takes the cooperation of all divisions coming together to create a successful outcome.
