My professional passion lies in helping brands realize and achieve their maximum impact through concise strategies and tactics based on consumer insights and customer feedback. I have achieved this by harnessing both quantitative and qualitative data and crafting insights-based reports via storytelling and collaboration. The result has been delivering and exceeding client satisfaction yielding an increase in revenue and repeat business.I have extensive grounding in custom, quant & qual research designs and methodologies, proposal writing, client presentations, project management, client relationship management, advanced analytics, and consultative selling. I also partner closely with Business Development on client pitches to represent the research expertise provided on client engagements.I have spent the past 10+ years immersed in the insights community and custom panel space helping companies harness the full power of the Voice of the Customer. My skills in this area center around community design to meet insights' needs, recruit strategies, and engagement and retention tactics. I additionally have a developed interest in client stakeholder engagement that has lead to multi-year engagements and contract renewals.I derive great professional pleasure from leading high performing teams and mentoring our next generation of insights professionals - it's an honor to nurture the seeds of curiosity in these accomplished men and women.
