Mike loves the special feel that makes the Hawke's Bay what it is - passionate, vibrant and most of all, full of community spirit What i've learnt over the years is that being true to yourself, genuine and positive not only has a positive impact on myself, but also on those who I come into contact with.This mindset has also allowed me to build a network of like-minded people; and has opened up numerous business and social opportunities within the Napier and Hawke's Bay region. With a love of Football, Mike quickly became involved in the local scene, I've always loved the game and it has been really good to me over the years so when the opportunity came up to help establish an academy at Napier City Rovers for budding youngsters, I jumped at the opportunity. It was less about promoting myself but more being able to give some of our talented youngsters the opportunity to grow and learn with some of the best coaches in Hawkes Bay. Mike is also involved in a coaching capacity with Central Football helping coach the regions young Goalkeepers within the Hawkes Bay Rep program. The Real estate business for me is about delivering a real service, one without the full on sales pitch, but a real, more human approach that delivers a great result for my Vendors, for me it's about working as a team, listening to what my Vendors are needing and then delivering that for them. Working in the property Brokers lifestyle team has been a lot of fun, there are some great charactors in our region each with 100 stories to tell, it's just fantastic. Being a Car guy, one of my favourite parts of the Job is checking out my clients sheds, you just neve know what can be lerking in the corner and I have been lucky enough to view some pretty rare machinery.
