Whether through new roles, new product lines, or new activities, I have always sought ways to improve the most mundane to the most complex issues. This curiosity has propelled me to success as a logical and creative manager and a thoughtful and resilient leader. I have accumulated skills successfully leading teams of managers identify and improve lines of business across the spectrum of planning to sales to customer service. I am known as a personable leader with a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills. I can quickly distill issues down to implementable actions; combining a keen eye for detail, rapid data-driven analysis, and a creative approach to solving roadblocks. I enjoy leading teams of people who share a passion for customer experience excellence. My strengths have been utilized to- Develop and launch new products with annual implementation budgets of approximately $10M and annual revenue in excess of $400M - Identify and solve customer experience and employee experience pain points; reducing error rates by up to 50%- Encourage development of team members into promoted roles I keenly enjoy a good challenge and am driven to learn new and interesting ways to solve them.
