Our Global Application Engineering team engages the customer, explores unarticulated needs / requirements, develops specifications, then partners for success. We are focused on premium expertise delivery, applications, technical support and training. Customers come first. Primary product families include Cleaning & Workplace Safety, Foodservice Solutions, Auto & Building Window Films, Graphics & Architectural Films, Personal Auto Wrap & Protection Film, Traffic Safety Solutions, Pavement Markings, Conspicuity & Illuminated Signage, Traffic Signage and Vehicle Registration. • As an exec level Product & Engineering leader for industries including water filtration, softening, custom injection molding/tooling/materials/automation, medical device, contract manufacturing, OEM/consumer products, I developed lasting collaborative relationships, utilized unique approaches to design/develop products/processes and led by example. I built/led global NPD/mfg teams to commercialize products. I am frequently assigned the hard jobs- global problem solving initiatives, product liability reviews, key customer account management, global NPD & strategic cost reduction initiatives.• Not your typical engineering and R&D leader, I ask the unexpected questions seeking unique, technically appropriate solutions.
