Prior to founding Focused Quality Solutions, Mike spent 30 yrs in defense and telecommunications, involved with supplier Quality management, manufacturing systems, test and repair functions, and engineering field support. He has managed supplier deliveries and quality conformance; audited quality systems, processes and products; organized and led cross-functional teams that used data analysis to improve products & save >$100k/mo in failure costs; and provided system support and training, coaching, and mentoring at customer and supplier locations worldwide.
