About Mike Smit

I have an IT background, was entrepreneur for several companies and have a lot experience with Agile, Lean, DevOps and Scrum way of working. My passion is improving the performance of Teams. I had roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner but now I spend most of my time as an DevOps Coach helping teams in my Grid. Regardless of the role I have, I love building strong development teams, helping people to grow and meet their potential; maximising performance of People, Teams and Organisation. Started as Agile Coach, I am not only committed to the Agile Scrum practices but most of all, to give the Agile Mindset to my colleagues. With the Agile Transformation program we introduce a Agile mind-set and way of working throughout the bank. My current role as a DevOps Coach I am part of the DevOps Transformation on Personal, Team, Grid and Organization level Colleagues usually describe me enthusiastic, honest and fun to work with. I am certified as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFE specialist, DISC and Enneagram Progessional.
