I am a hands on person who is not afraid of a challenge. Team building, honesty and integrity have guided me thru my various roles at what many consider the best run, best managed convenience store company in North America, QuikTrip. I have a proven record of building relationships with various interest holders of our various projects. Building relationships is the most critical part of what I do in real estate. I have worked in over 20 different municipalities and used my experience to navigate thru the permitting process for each of our stores and to combine local interests with the interests of QuikTrip. I have lived in the Kansas City, Missouri, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Greenville, South Carolina and Austin markets. Critical thinking, leveraging my relationships, a desire to Be the Best and to not take no for an answer has enabled me to complete over in land purchases (5,620,400 sf) towards the development of new stores and over in sale lease back related real estate transactions. Real Estate Highlights-Contract negotiation, data modeling and financial analysis to ensure successful sites are chosen, acquired and developed-Strategic planning and market development to ensure the proper placement of locations and overall success of a new market -Relationship building and working with various groups to facilitate a "win win" in every negotiation to help build on that momentum and create more success for QuikTrip
