About Mike Steinbrecher

Starting my career as a lighting and sound operator in the events industry, touring throughout Europe, I quickly gained hands-on experience with media servers—particularly Pandoras Box. My deep technical involvement led me to join the Pandoras Box technical support team, which eventually opened the door to a career in sales at Coolux and later Christie. There, I became globally responsible for key product lines including Pandoras Box, Widget Designer, Terra, and Spyder. After that, I spent 3.5 years at Ventuz, leading global sales and gaining valuable insights into the world of real-time graphics. A brief but impactful role as Director of Global Sales at ioversal followed, after which we joined Ross Video. Today, I’m responsible for Business Development within Ross Video’s Experiential Technologies department. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, traveling, and spending time with my family. I thrive on good company and meaningful conversations. In both my personal and professional life, I value openness, honesty, and building strong, lasting relationships.
