Mike has over 15 years of experience advising business, compliance, and IT leaders across multiple industries (Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Research & Development, Services, Construction, Technology) to pursue opportunities for Federal, State, and Local government procurement while navigating the unique regulatory and compliance issues when obtaining federal funds. Mike assists his clients as they undergo technology enabled business transformations by designing harmonized enterprise data models, transforming end-to-end business processes, and implementing compliant and efficient technology solutions commonly used by Federal Contractors- ERP - SAP (Including Dassian and Cognitus), Oracle, Deltek - Costpoint - Financial Planning - Oracle EPM - CLM - Icertis, Agiloft, Technomile, Unison I work with clients in three main areas: assessing and implementing compliance systems, optimizing recovery on their government contracts, and managing disputes and investigations. This can include a wide range of services, including designing, evaluating, and recommending organizational structures which maximize cost recovery under government awards, designing and implementing accounting and cost estimating systems which comply with government procurement regulations, assisting with proposal development and pricing strategies, and navigating the risk environment through enhancing compliance, investigation, and dispute management. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University. I am CPA in the State of Texas and New York.
