I am a research professor working in many aspects of biophysics, though mostly pertaining to cryo-electron microscopy. In particular, I spend my time doing high-resolution single particle analysis, cryo-electron tomography and developing image processing methods to solve difficult problems. Specialties: cryo-electron microscopy, cryo electron tomography, analytical electron microscopical techniques, light microscopy, image processing, data analysis (including requisite computer understanding (UNIX/Linux,MacOS,Windows)), methods development, instrumentation (development and maintenance).
