I am passionate about technology and people! Throughout my career I have built winning teams through empowerment, trust, and a constant focus on developing future leaders. I have always nurtured a culture of innovation by tapping into the greatest source of innovation, our people. Skunkworks projects, regular 'Hackathons', and a focus on creativity are key enablers. I have worked in both small and large companies as well as in a start-up environment. This has given me the ability to adapt to and manage many diverse and challenging situations. I constantly challenge the status quo and have always been an agent of change through building a shared vision and collaborating with key stakeholders. I've been an advocate and staunch evangelist of agile methodologies since before it was mainstream. I've coached many teams along their agile journey including entire departments requiring huge cultural change. I have worked with and learned from some exceptional leaders during my career and always focus on leadership development within my teams.
