About Mike Taylor

I am a resilient leader who has developed technical expertise within Industrial Relations, Change Management and Human Resources. I have responded to both protected and unprotected Industrial Action, led the negotiation for 12 Enterprise Agreements and worked in Senior Management roles in both the private and public sectors. My experience within Change Management has included a global project within manufacturing and several large-scale restructure projects, providing me with a strong skillset in organisational change management. Within the field of Human Resources, I have covered the entire spectrum of Human Resources activities working in both front-line roles and as part of senior management teams. I have developed and delivered a suite of training material, led complex safety investigations and overseen Workers Compensation, in addition to having led a variety of HR functions. My biggest strength is my ability to partner with the leaders of the businesses I have worked for, understand the unique challenges each business faces and work collaboratively to respond to those challenges.
