I have over 30yrs in Sales and 15 Plus in Business Development working with $40-50M companies to Fortune 100-200 Companies, I have 20 plus yrs in Business, of 10+ yrs in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Mortgages, Was one of first to run my own office in Mansfield as a Net Branch owner assisting with and training several other branches, Developed & Owned a Commercial Broker Mortgage / Finance Business company NAJ Resources & Finance Grp working on Projects from refinancing a Commercial business on P Town with a local business owner in collaboration with a local bank in my area and surrounding towns, from $150K to $600M Globally working with Natural resources project and World Bank. I have Designed and Implemented proven strategic marketing programs using Power Point presentation to help obtain financing for the Self employed and R.E. brokers to help assist with their clients. I work with Financial Institutions & Workout Attorney's to develop the First Client Workout plans for Fleet Bank for Mortgage clients with a MA Law firm to help those from loosing their home, I established a after hours business group IN3 with some of top Realtors Of Greater Boston helping to increase their client base and revenue outcome with our goal being to build into a well known network marketing group of business owners having the same in common, I've assisted with a Private opinion panel for automation of registering a loan through CALYX working with FM,FM Automated Underwriting Was invited on Opinion panel for Mortgage Owners/Brokers for the FICO Credit reporting, assisted commercial prospects reviewing their P&L statements, Equipment, Inventory costs, and qualify them for business loans through local Banks,SBA loans for the perspective property they are looking to purchase or Refinance locally, and Nationally.
