With over 20 years of experience in the construction equipment rental industry, I am currently the General Manager Australia at Preston Hire, a leading provider of specialized hire solutions. In this role, I oversee the full operational responsibility through the group and branch network, manage the plant and assets nationally, and drive new business development and key account management. I also have a strong background in rail, having served as the Head of Rail at Preston Hire for 1.5 years, where I led the delivery of rail-specific equipment and services to major projects across Australia. Some of the skills that I bring to the table are operations, project management, CRM and systems implementation, and compliance management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients, and fostering a collaborative and supportive culture within our team.
