About Mike Trott

Started out working with Pensions for a large Financial Institution, before moving into IT with a Direct Marketing Company, followed by a move into Data Warehousing for the Financial Service Sector. Originally joined Sybase in May 1997 as a PowerBuilder, Middleware and SDK Support Engineer. Left in October to help set up the Concur Technologies EMEA Support team and came back to Sybase in October when a Support Manager role became available - Progressed to a Senior Manager position within Sybase Support. Following SAP Integration became a Global Operations & Project Manager in Product Support Operations in November 2012, responsible for Managing and Owning a wide variety of Agile projects, within the support organisation. Extensive Support Management and Customer Service & Support experience, encompassing Support Operations and Infrastructure Management on a global basis. Extensive experience of managing large support teams and all apsects of Employee Engagement. Experience of managing and owning Agile global projects, covering Support Operations and Support Infrastructure topics. Married with three kids and two cats - Family life is important to me.
