From my early days as a crew member to now leading a high-performing Starbucks store, I’ve learned that the best leadership is rooted in consistency, humility, and a relentless commitment to people. Over the last decade, I’ve developed a passion for building strong, connected teams and creating an environment where people grow, perform, and thrive. I’ve promoted baristas to supervisors, supported peers through staffing crises, immersed new managers into their roles, and led the way in operational excellence — including being hand-selected to lead my district through the launch of the Automated Inventory process. Today, I’m focused on scaling my impact by mentoring other leaders — not just for their careers, but for their lives.
