Over 20 years experience in progressive technical roles - primarily in the telecom sector but more recently in security and surveillance - in IT, Project Management, Professional Services, Training, Customer Service, and Product Management. An experienced problem solver, someone who is able to see the big picture, able to identify and fill voids. I've even been told I'm the person who can fit a square peg in a round hole. Key contributor during all phases of growth (or contraction), my objective management style allows my team to grow and flourish to the full extent of their abilities - hire smart people and get out of the way, but mentor and guide where necessary and appropriate! Known as a people person with excellent communication skills, comfortable in front of large groups, at all levels of the organization, as well as current and prospective customers.
