I have been at HP for 30 years. I have really done it all when it comes to computers. Corporate teams, new technology intros, server infrastructure innovations, taxonomy building, R&D, and many successful security audits. I currently work with Halo and spend my time designing business process for Operations and creating intellectual property. I am ITIL2 certified and I am the lead to move our organization to Service Manager 7. Over the last 2 years I have become an expert in HPVC, and have become the lead instructor for the HPVC Technical courses. My students have been from all over the world and inculdes custimers, channel partners, and HP support folks. My goal is to stay employed until about age 65.
