Lead global Go-to-Market process for Red Wing Shoe Co. Lead all Merchandising, Design, Development, Demand Planning, Engineering and Product Creation efforts for Red Wing, Irish Setter and Worx, Vasque, and Heritage Fashion product lines for Footwear, Apparel and Accessories. Consumer centric design, customer alignment and partnerships, and innovation are integral aspects of my role and priorities for the company. Strategic and creative leader - blending design, operational and financial skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams of all sizes and skill sets. I am passionate about creating, cultivating and executing concepts and strategies that connect with the consumer and achieve great business results through effective operational design and management. UX design is rooted in the consumer, and it’s my responsibility to ensure that all objectives and priorities deliver on our consumers expectations of products, brands, and experiences online and in store. In the past & present, I oversee a large cross-function team and a multi-billion P&L. I drive the creation of innovative roles, product and process of my team and am responsible for merchandising strategy development & execution resulting in sales and profit growth.
