I'm a focused results-driven operations manager with the ability to learn, process and retain information quickly. I have an ambitious nature and high work ethic. Long work hours come to no surprise when attention to detail is put into every single project and task. I make team meetings fun and productive, getting everyone involved; I’m a big believer in using my eyes and ears and listening as much as what I say, what’s being said and able to process what’s not being said. I have held several different project management positions over the past 9 years giving me a comprehensive understanding of the field. I have created and restructured policies, plans and procedures in order to execute projects and move companies in working motion in order to achieve maximum profit. Understanding means to have the capacity to have very little room for error or misstep, which can cause angry employees, customers and can cost a fortune.
