About Mike Vis

Education-wise I‘m a process engineer, who after his study, has accepted the challenge to become a cost estimator in order to not only become technically educated, but price wise as well in order to gain these both trades and synergise them. “Ambition triggers excellence” used to be the credo during my bachelor and I really took this to heart. In over 10 years now I’ve been working, I have finished two educations: First the DACE/ICEC Certified Cost Engineer, and second Risk Management at the Haags Hogeschool. I have risen from a junior position to a senior and worked on every aspect from EPC tender till finished product. It is my intention to keep working on my competences and skills in order to feed my insatiable craving for learning. I’m a self-starter with ambition and a healthy portion of optimism. I prefer working in a team, but am perfectly capable of working on my own if so necessary. What has to be done, has to be done, even if it takes a little more effort. “I can’t” doesn’t exist, but “I can’t yet” with work and patience is worth investing in.
