About Mike Wade

As a successful and experienced Head of Finance, I have used the many skills gained whilst performing all of the roles within a finance department, and combined these with a broad spread of commercial exposure and an extensive network of contacts to provide a particularly relevant skill set to contribute to the senior management team. This experience, in addition my exposure to legal, IT, HR and project management oversight, allows me to bring a commercial focus to financial reporting and management, and a relevant financial focus to the commercial decision making process.
