Miter is an HCM, field operations, and expense management platform built for contractors. Driven by a vision of a better built world, Miter empowers the next generation of contractors to strengthen their workforce, control job costs, and accelerate jobsite execution. The platform connects people, projects, and payments, enabling contractors to build with confidence. I lead the Solutions Engineering function at Miter, where we focus on technical discovery, problem-solving, and implementing solutions for our most complex customer needs. Our team works across product, sales, and implementation to ensure contractors get the most out of the platform, particularly in areas like integrations and custom workflows. Earlier in my career, I worked across both field and strategy roles, from managing capital projects and leading project management efforts at ExxonMobil to advising senior executives on large-scale operational transformations as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. These experiences taught me how to bridge big-picture strategy with real-world execution, and that mindset guides my work today.
