About Mike Weaver

As the Associate Director of Executive Programs at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, I lead the organization development, recruitment, and advising of doctoral and executive management graduate students. With over 15 years of experience as an organization development consultant and an Emmy-winning medical producer, I bring a unique combination of skills and expertise in marketing, technology, global HR, finance, and new media to the academic setting. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, where I am exploring the effects of patient experience on employee engagement and hospital profitability. My mission is to empower and inspire current and future leaders to create positive and sustainable change in their organizations and communities. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse and talented teams, fostering customer relationships, and delivering process improvement and excellence.
