About Mike Winchell

At Centersquare, our team's commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone of success, leading to my role as Site Manager. With a rich background in mechanical oversight, evidenced by my tenure at Cyxtera Technologies, I've honed my skills in project planning and team building. These competencies have been crucial in managing our flagship square foot site and ensuring seamless operations. The philosophy that underpins my professional journey is the belief that fostering a collaborative environment and recognizing every team member's contribution results in unparalleled customer satisfaction and company growth. At Centersquare, we've cultivated a customer-centric ethos that aligns with my values of hard work and integrity, propelling us to build an organization where exceptional service and employee well-being go hand in hand.
