I have been dedicated to the glazing trade for over 36 years, with 29 of those years being spent with my current employer. Throughout my time in this industry, I have gained a wide range of skills and knowledge, from CAD to exceptional customer service. I have experience in estimating projects, managing them effectively, and ensuring that our day-to-day stock remains well-stocked. Safety is a top priority for me, and I consistently stay updated on changes and undergo training to maintain my expertise. In addition to my glazing expertise, I am proficient in various software programs such as Partner Pak, Glazier Studio, and RhinoFab. Currently, I am actively involved in implementing an inventory management solution, designing comprehensive training programs, and overseeing the renewal of our AAP (Affirmative Action Plan) and QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) protocols. I thrive on challenges and love learning new things. Whether it's introducing new systems or developing procedures to streamline processes, I am always eager to find innovative solutions. One aspect of my work that I truly enjoy is building connections with my fellow employees. Understanding what motivates them and appreciating their unique perspectives is key to creating a harmonious and productive work environment. I live by the following principles: 1.
