I have spent over 30 years in Human Resource for a Fortune 100 company with over 150K employees focused on developing associate engagement opportunities that positively impacted the business. In the years I’ve worked in senior HR positions, I’ve led numerous corporate functions including engagement strategies, scheduling & staffing, communication, loss prevention, store human resources & labor relations. I have developed a reputation for being able to define the purpose, align structural systems, leverage individual talents & build collaborative relationships. Additionally, I’ve mentored & coached other senior executives & business leaders for established & start-up organizations to enhance & improve their business influence & impact. I’m now bringing the talent & skills gained from the executive world & focusing them on helping other business leaders solve actual problems & get results. My current position as VP of Workplace Strategies allows me the opportunity to work with other leading companies to engage, ignite & inspire their associates to increase productivity & build loyalty with their customers. In my free time, I work individually with other leaders to guide & coach them to make themselves better leaders. Whether I work with partners in coaching companies or with my own coaching company I have had significant successes helping others build a better & more impactful role for themselves in their chosen companies. With a broad corporate background, numerous coaching certifications, & a degree in law, I feel uniquely qualified to develop & get the best out of others.
