As a Data Analyst at Accenture, I applied my analytical and technical skills to provide actionable insights and solutions for various business cases and challenges. I also supported and resolved product issues for Glocorp IT Solution as an Assistant Product Support, using CRM software and effective communication. I finished Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Holmesglen, where I learned and developed new skills and knowledge in PHP, Web Design, Business Transformation, Adobe Photoshop, and C#. Moreover, I am exploring and learning more about providing technical support. I am motivated and passionate about growing professionally and enhancing my abilities in data analysis, product support, and functional testing.
