Designed workflow for my department during system conversion. This allowed for process improvements and better tracking. I was also able to write a proposal that would lower the work processing time from 5 days to 1 day. I was generally the researcher for my department, always looking at the why a mistake happened and also detailing the best way to correct it. I was in charge of a million count address conversion. This involved researching international addresses to understand what each country has. Hong Kong has regions, Mexico has zip codes, United Kingdom has zip codes similiar to Canada, and Canada has provinces with two letter abbreviations which work like state codes. Problems such as a street named Massachusett St needed to be identified. It was quite complex and intricate. I was one of the top producers in my department, always making my goals. I've redesigned ordering systems to increase the speed that they can be done. Normally increasing efficiency by 80%. Specialties: Problem solving. Project Coordinator.
