About Mikey Smith

A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University - BA Film and TV Production. I chose this degree as I am very keen to begin a career in the film and TV industry, however, I am interested in all sections of the media industry including journalism, radio, music and theatre. As of my final year, I have taken a particular interest in sound recording, design and engineering, which I have chosen as my technical art to develop - a decision based on my huge passion for music and sound design within cinema. Sound is undoubtedly the area of the industry I would most like to get involved in, but despite this I am eager to become engaged in any way I can and value the knowledge of all technical skills. I am extremely motivated and enthusiastic to learn as many skills as I can, whilst gaining excellent experience not only for my career, but for life.
