IT specialist with expertise in VmWare, server, network, IP video, IP voice, and PBX. Proven track record of identifying bottlenecks and proposing modernization and implementation strategies. I have a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen, and excel at explaining and structuring systems and improving IT architecture. These skills have enabled me to successfully develop, train, and oversee IT departments to execute business strategy and optimize IT infrastructure and 1С ERP systems. I have worked in various industries, including education, banking, airport, trade, automotive, wholesale and retail, and IT companies. Having a broad range of experiences, I can anticipate and address client needs. Most recently, as Head of IT, one of my key achievements was the ideation, proposal, and leadership of a project to launch a Retail Network Website to centralize the information exchange system. This project transformed our approach to store openings, slashing store launch time and achieving significant cost savings. In my previous roles as an IT Project Manager and Programmer, I oversaw information security, monitoring, and protection against network attacks. I managed IT budget planning and control and procurement of equipment and software. I also led the audit and creation of IT architecture to ensure system resilience and developed a hybrid cloud based on VmWare. I am experienced in building, leading, and training teams of specialists with strong skills to address challenges and enhance systems. I have a proven ability to understand business needs and communicate effectively with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders at all levels. I also bring a track record in determining, proposing, finding resources, and implementing IT solutions that reduce time and costs. Known for being purposeful, responsible, proactive, and persistent, with broad IT expertise, I am adaptable to change and always interested in new technology trends and solutions. On a personal note, I enjoy traveling, visiting museums, attending concerts, and exploring both modern and historical data on how people made discoveries that changed the world. During my 5th year at university, I taught computer science and developed a database for the local police office that was later rolled out across the district. I’ve sought and studied new solutions, from software and programming languages to hardware.
