Seasoned IT professional with 8 years of hands-on experience within multinational corporations, thriving in matrix environments where collaboration and cross-functional delivery are key. My expertise spans ERP/CRM delivery and deployment with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, alongside solid experience in SaaS application management. Certified Salesforce Administrator. At SAP, I spent 3 years driving ERP data migrations for diverse scenarios, including complex system migrations as well as merger and acquisition integrations. In addition, I successfully delivered a DocuSign implementation from the ground up, establishing a scalable solution that became a key component of business processes. During my time at AB InBev, was in charge of the development of both custom and standard Salesforce applications — implementing solutions with custom UI, seamless integrations (DocuSign, SAP, Heroku), and robust analytics capabilities via PowerBI. Currently, at Sandoz, I am leading the SaaS applications work stream, overseeing the post–spin-off application portfolio strategy and delivery. I successfully delivered an enterprise-wide e-signature program with DocuSign, including GxP (CFR Part 11) as well as PKI signature solution, while also managing global event management services such as GlobalMeet Webcast, Pigeonhole, and Hive eCDN. My responsibilities extend to vendor management, cross-department collaboration, budget oversight, roadmap planning, and team leadership with operational accountability. I am passionate about building scalable, compliant, and business-driven digital solutions, with the ambition to continue shaping IT landscapes that enable innovation and operational excellence at a global scale. I have a master's degree in Economics and Management from Czech University of Life-sciences in Prague, where I gained a strong foundation in business analysis, project management and problem-solving skills.
