Some highlights of my work include- AI-Based Bioinformatics Assistant: Designed and implemented a powerful backend system utilizing custom-built query engines and multi-modal LLMs for document analysis. Integrated machine learning models for image segmentation, processing scientific data, and delivering a seamless chat-based interface for user interaction- Spatial Omics Data Visualization Tool: Designed and developed a web application that provides an intuitive and insightful visualization experience for complex spatial omics datasets, enabling in-depth analysis and interpretation of biological data.
