This is done by a solid end-to-end understanding of the full value chain, as business unit lead Regional Account Director in ISS (Commercial, Operation and Finance, budget DKK 800 mill, 14 countries in Europe, 1400 employees). But I have not only been responsible for and managed the full end-to-end value chain, I have also held leadership roles in several functions such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Operation, Finance, Sales and Strategy. This gives me a good insight into the different aspect of a company, and a strong ability to generate sustainable financial results. With a background of both business leader and business consultant, I have a passion for creating a firm momentum and progress to execute strategic and tactical change. This is done by a comprehensive toolbox, change management, creativity and constant challenge of the current state. As a leader As a leader I like to create results through other people and see the organisation develop. I have international management experience from Europe and North America, and multicultural organisational experience with customer, suppliers, partners across the globe. I have also worked across many industries, which gave me opportunities to carry forward the best practices. My mission is completed, when the organisation has achieved the company goal in a sustainable way and with that I mean: Results with a developed and motivated team. My background Educated as Engineer in supply chain and finance plus I have an Executive MBA. This combined with many years in varies leadership positions has brought me: 1) An ability to build a sustainability strategy for profitability growth and mobilize the employees behind it. 2) Fast provide an organizational overview hence identify development areas and potential bottle-necks. 3) Ensure goals are met with action plans.
