I am a Recruiting Manager at Family TLC, a company that supports individuals with mental health concerns. I have a Diploma in Tourism - Marketing and Product Development from Georgian College, where I won the first place in the Georgian Den competition for creating the most viable business plan. In my current role, I screen candidates, develop recruiting strategies, conduct and plan interviews, and respond to all inquiries. I also help social workers build, coordinate and lead programs for our clients. Previously, I worked as a Marketing Associate at Family TLC for over five years, where I managed full-cycle marketing and advertising strategies, collected and analyzed client data, and tracked key metrics using various research methods and tools. I also contributed to the growth and revenue of the company by employing sales and marketing tactics, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with small business entities, and identifying and analyzing key competitors and products. I have skills in data research, marketing, and training, and I am passionate about building and leading teams that make a positive impact on people's lives.
