With over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have taken on progressively more complex roles, ultimately leading a team of up to ten colleagues. My leadership and dedication were recognized when I received the Mentor Award from St. Luke's University Health Network - Behavioral Health in 2021 for my outstanding contributions as a Front Office Coordinator. In 2017, I completed Northampton Community College’s highly competitive Spring Leadership Program, gaining invaluable insights from local executives and advanced leadership training. In my role as Patient Access Coordinator, I improved patient registration efficiency by over 10% through educating staff on common error trends. I have also gained valuable experience in data analysis, tracking trends, and working with key performance indicators (KPIs), which has enhanced my ability to make data-driven decisions. As a Front Office Coordinator, I coordinated with clinical and administrative teams to improve communication channels, resulting in a more cohesive patient experience. I am proficient in various Electronic Health Record systems (Epic, Allscripts) and applications such as Phreesia and Tableau, with strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
