About Mikulas Bogdan

With over seven months of experience as an analytical chemist at Johnson Matthey, I apply my forensic science expertise to perform quality control testing using validated methods and procedures. I ensure compliance and confidence in the data by submitting it into the data reporting systems (LIMS) and reviewing and authorising sample release. I also write and review laboratory procedures to support analytical testing, instrumentation use, and QA processes. I hold NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate and NEBOSH National General Certificate, as well as being a member of IOSH. These credentials demonstrate my commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards in the laboratory. I have also gained valuable experience in working with human specimens, operating instruments, and following SOPs and risk assessments in my previous roles as a healthcare science associate and a medical laboratory assistant.
