About Mila Olkonen

Over 15 years in the retail industry. Time surtently flights by, but I've manage to take the most of it! My basis is a very good education in spheres of hospitality and retail. After graduating simultaneously from 2 schools I immediately secured a position at largest shoe and accessories store in the area. After that worked at a luxury brand store chain 2or+By Yat. The head designer Yat Cheung( based in Hong Kong) taught me also some designer skills and marketing techniques. Now for the past 10 years I've been a part of world's largest retail chain, Inditex. Started from the beginning as an sales assistant. In one year already became a mentor for the new employees and also was the first employee to complete the Potential program. Right now working as an operations specialist at Finland's head store in Helsinki. My skills varies from excellent customer service to managing the team to the best possible results. I speak fluent English, Finnish and Russian. Also can communicate in Swedish and Italian. Fluent in internet and computer skills. I'm always prepared, ready to work, handle stress and can juggle multiple tasks at once. I have great manners and social skills. I am also the chief shop steward of ZARA Finland representing PAM Union.
